Any tools/instructions from DEVs to unpack the game content?

Seems to be encrupted (Some time be interested in that, that's requires some decruption key to unpack *.pak content in other games) & chunked game content.

The tool to go would be the unreal extractor. However, the devs havn't released any info about decryption keys yet. I really do hope that they will give the mod community proper tools in the near future. Night of the Dead modding opens up so much cool possibilities.

If they wish to be game modded by community, why encruption is used, even more, why content packed?

I think they just got overwhelmed by the success of the early access version. If my info is right, they never dreamed of selling that much copies. But these devs seem very community friendly so giving modding options to the community seems quite likely to me
