Do trees and bushes regrow over time?
I'm not playing for long but I asked myself if the natural resources replenish in some way? Is there some kind of automatic reforestation in Night of the dead?

They do regrow, however I have the feeling that within an area everything is cut this does not regrow. so it would appear there is like a sort of ecosystem, that you need to keep some greenery if you want it to regrow
.
I think the stones and iron nodes do not reappear, at least so far I will hit day 30 soon, and they have not re-spawned I think.
